1. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made in writing by sending an email to leadscanner@montgomerygroup.com, if the customer cancels their intention to use the handheld scanner for the agreed exhibition the following charges will apply 50% for cancellations 7 days out from the exhibition, 100% for cancellations during the exhibition.

2. COMPANY PROPERTY

All property used or supplied by Montgomery Group (the Company) in connection with the handheld lead scanner (Company’s property) hire shall, unless expressly agreed by the Company in writing, be on hire for the duration of the exhibition. The Customer will be responsible for the Company’s property from the time of delivery up until the time of collection by the Company. Failure to return the Company’s property in full working order will incur an additional charge (above the hire charge) of £150 + VAT.

3. CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS

The Company shall not under any circumstances be liable for any direct or indirect consequential loss arising from the services howsoever, whensoever, or wheresoever caused and whether or not resulting from a negligent act or omission by the Company.

4. LAW

The Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of England.

5. REGULATIONS

The Customer shall comply with all GDPR regulations.

6. SERVICE DISPUTES

Any disputes regarding our level of service, or quality of goods, must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of the exhibition opening. No queries can be accepted after the close of the exhibition.
